Process management, financial, legal and engineering consultations: evaluation of the municipal infrastructure, evaluation of the property management costs and developing comparative analysis of the property management alternatives (in-house vs outsourcing). Drafting recommendations for the more efficient property management models, drafting roadmap for the internal processes optimization, drafting recommendations for the e-system for property management. Assignment also included evaluation of the school renovation model selection for several pilot projects: PPPs, ESCOs.
