ABOUT PROJECT
The National Procurement Authority (NPA), was established in 2014 with the vision for public sector reform and eradication of corruption. The NPA is mandated to bring about institutional and integrated systemic reform to the national procurement system. The NPA is also responsible for strengthening procurement policy, regulatory mechanisms, capacity building, streamlining procurement processes, facilitating procurement of high-value contracts, to foster effective, efficient, transparent and fair procurement as well as minimizing fraud and corruption within the public procurement spheres.
